Subject: Anti-Marihuana propaganda film
Illegal drugs are generally nagative for your mindfulness.
Maybe the actors all smoked something, then they made the movie in order to tell the kids, not to try this at home.
I am not kidding, folks, if you buy dope regularly and weed is illegal in your country, you will be most likely be exposed to electronic surveillance, because the authorities want to get hold of the drug-dealers.
And again: it's not positive for your mindfulness, in some very rare cases it might even diminish your ability to drive a car, although not in the degree as alcohol does.
What was a harmless dance-party might turn into a literal swamp-disaster. Coma or rape may occur, also some real physical violence, even deliberate homicide. Beware! You cannot expect any mild court-judgement in that case either.
Chronical abuse might destroy you mentally, drive you into the state of constant psychosis, you might not be konowing what you do anymore.
So overall don't make yourself unhappy by breaking the law, it causes to much psychologic pressure, and you do not really want that.

Subject: Best Enjoyed Mayhaps Via Jazz Cigarette
An infamous piece of propaganda garbage produced by the notorious Dwain Esper, director of the demented Maniac (aka Sex Maniac), which is believed by many cineastes to be the worst film ever made. Contrary to belief, Esper merely produced this film - Cocaine Fiends wasn't directed by him either. As such, like Cocaine Fiends, it misses the charm of the delirious Maniac, which hits such a peak of hypnotic badness it uninentionally works as high comedy. Reefer Madness, recut from a propaganda film called Tell Your Children, is not 'so bad its good' but just awful - plodding, almost plotless, and only in places unwittingly amusing. Some scenes at the end are pretty funny, though. Except in terms of period social interest, best avoided, even if you happen to be stoned.
